Policy on Returns and Exchanges

1Pack all the items in the original packing. Items bought as sets must be returned in sets.
2Fill in the return request form attached to the order(including order id number).
3Attach a copy of the sales check, specify the method of refund (PayPal transaction id number or credit cart info).
4Send the parcel to us

5After you have sent the parcel, please inform us of that by sending an email to shopfoypay@gmail.com.

Eligibility of Items for Return or Exchange

All our goal is to offer our customers best clothing, shoes, bags, accessories and electronic accessories and so on with great price, even our workers will check every merchandise in good condition when package them, but sometime the parcels will be squeezed on the way to you, when you receive the parcels if you find merchandise broken or destroyed, or error sizes, error styles etc. any problems not 100% satisfied and need to return or exchange, through online system or e-mail within 24 hours after the arrival, better with pictures to show the problem clearly. You have the right to return any purchased items within 14 days from the moment of receiving those items from the Seller or the Seller's representatives. The items can be returned with their consumer properties, factory labels & factory packing bags, and ready-for-sale condition are preserved. And you are responsible for the delivery fee $10 per item.

To return the items, Customers must submit the copy of proof of purchase and fill in the return request form.

Rules on returning and exchanging Items with discovered defects:

Customers are entitled to notify the Seller of any discovered defects and demand to rectify them within 14 days from the moment of the receiving the Items from the Seller or the Seller's representatives. The only exception are defects caused by improper handling of the Items by the Customer.

Customers have the right to refuse to take Items and ask for a money refund, but must inform us warrant and get our agreement before you do in this way, we don't accept any try-on and unfair returns. In this case the Items must be returned to the Seller, and their consumer properties, factory labels, and ready-for-sale condition are preserved.

To return the Items, you must submit the copy of proof of purchase and fill in the return request form.

Important note again: make sure the ordered stuff is in good resale condition with labels, packing bags & not worn!!
